RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Whiff Candle Co. still believes in good, old fashioned customer service.

To that end, we offer a 30 day refund and exchange policy from the date of purchase.  

Unfortunately, if your purchase has exceeded the 30 days we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 

 

Please send a photo, a brief description of why you are asking for a refund and a receipt or proof of purchase to Hello@WhiffCandleCo.com.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you an address to send the item(s) you are returning.  After we receive your returned item(s), a credit will be processed through your original method of payment.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Exchanges

 

We will only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, contact us at Hello@WhiffCandleCo.com.

Shipping

 

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
